Its been 6 months since I had my life changing surgery. I feel so amazing and so much better, I am a much healthier me! I am so blessed to have this second chance at a healthier better life and so thankful for it! Although this tool has helped me lose and do better in the past six months, I have still learned that each day is still a struggle for food and will always be NO matter what. But I am so thankful for this tool to help me out and to help retrain me on how to think and eat when it comes to my body and health. I have lost 97 pounds so far and hoping to lose another 36 pounds. Its been a wonderful journey so far and I cant wait to see what the next 6 months holds!
