My first impression of Dr. July was honestly, that I loved her because of her accent. She is from Canada and I found this very cool! That was really the only thoughts that I had about her for my entire 6 months of planning. I was unsure of working with her however due to the fact that she has been doing weight loss surgeries for a shorter time period than the other surgeons at Unity. I would definitely say that this had no effect in her work, as she did wonderful work! Dr. July's staff are wonderful! Maggie Moga, her PA, is extremely empowering and helpful, and may be the most encouraging person in the office next to Dr. July! Her future patients should know to ask her any and all questions, as she answers them thoroughly! Dr. July will address all the risks of surgery in great depth, explaining furthermore the long term possible difficulties and risks as well. I felt very prepared after meeting with her. I think that both her surgical competence and bedside manner at the hospital are absolutely outstanding and highly recommend her!"
