"Dr. Glass is absolutely amazing! He makes sure you know exactly what you're getting yourself into before surgery. He thoroughly explains the risks and the expected outcomes - there are no surprises! He has high expectations and makes sure you know what you need to do in order to meet your goals. I didn't have a single complication with my surgery. I was out of bed and walking the halls only a few hours out of recovery, and the whole next day he made sure I was up and moving around. His staff is just as great. Kristin (the nutritionist) is always available for questions. I can send an email to her at 3am with a question about something and I'll generally have a response back by 7 or 8am that morning. It's such a good feeling knowing you're working with such a friendly and all around competent team of people. The *only* thing I would change would be the time it takes in the waiting room for appointments. Although it may be average, sometimes it seems to be a little long. But hey, good quality service is worth the extra wait!"
