I was a little harsh with my first review and have changed my perspective since my initial meeting with this physician..He wasn't very nice the first time I saw him-I blame it on him being a new physician and he's from California. Basically, he is a great physician but I would NEVER tell him that! He took very good care of me during my pregnancy and I had a great labor and healthy baby! He didn't delivery my child, though."
"Dr. Patterson is very professional! My examination took about two hours. She went over my medical records, gave me the protein diet, and explained the risks and benefits of all the surgeries. So far, my only complaint is the wait--I waited 4 months for my consultation and now I wait for the office to ask for approval, then I will wait for a surgery date, and then wait for the surgery. I've been waiting my whole life for this, I guess a few more months won't hurt!8/15/02--I had my 16 weeks appt. on Tuesday--went great! Dr. Patterson is a superb surgeon, I have absolutely no complaints. I have a great deal of respect for her and her fellow/intern/in residency guy, Dr. O'Keefe. It's amazing to me how polite and kind these physicians are, especially since I had such a weight issue. I'm very pleased!"
