This diet is killing me. I'm so tired of sweet stuff (I never thought I'd say that) so if anyone has any ideas help a sister out.

Well I have a date now. Nov. 19,2009. I think this will be my new birthday. I have to start my diet on thursday with is tomorrow. I'm nervous, happy, scared, and just everything all at once. Keep me in your prayers.
