Hi Jenna I was told when i called my provider that the surgery was not covered they used another term for (not covered).so I just felt like I didnt want to stop there had my Doc. write the letter which I just mailed off Tuesday 1/17/06 so waiting to hear back from them dont know what to expect.THANKS for responding
