 Thursday is my one month check up - 1 day from surgery day. Actually looking
Forward to it, really want to go back to work. Went to my pcp yesterday and i'm
officially off my blood pressure medicine!!!!!!!!! Been on it forever (15 + years)
Down 26 lbs as of today. Thought it would come off faster but I'm happy
with what's going on so far. Jen

Today is two weeks out since surgery. As of this morning I'm down 19 lbs.  I haven't had to many complaints, though I really miss eating FOOD!!! I'm going to my first group meeting at my doctor's office tonight, and I think they're going to a local market to shop. I've been on liquids w/ very soft foods for the past week, per doctor's okay, and have not had any issues except when I ate a scrambled egg. Should have thrown up but didn't. Stomach hurt most of the day, like a rock was in it. By the next day, all was better. I too have had trouble going to the bathroom. Would be 5 days between movements. I know this isn't what some people go through, but it's my story at the moment. I'm really bored being home this long. I have two more weeks before next doctors appt., and I'm hoping he'll okay me to go back to work. Well I'm going to have a short nap before I have to go. Y'all have a wonderfuil day.
