"Doctor Featherstone is such a joy to work with. I had met him several years prior on an ER visit that required immediate surgery. His manner and true care was evident even in some major pain. When I decided to go with a WLS and saw he was part of the group that would do them in my town i knew whom I wanted doing my surgery. rnrnThe entire staff at Grand Traverse Surgery is awesome they make the decision much easier to handle as they truly want to educate you so you can make informed decisions. rnrnThe care I have received to date has been great from the hospital stay to the follow ups and the willingness to have any question i have answered. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the food/menu descriptions and amounts so that it is easier to follow while trying to adjust to the new you and feels that come with it.rnrnThe decision for WLS was long in coming for me but beside the way that i feel and the care that has been given I would recommend Doctor Featherstone to ANYONE. "
