"I was very impressed with Dr. Chua from his informational seminar. He explained everything so well and was honest about his record and how many surgeries he'd done.rnrnThe only regret I have now is that he did not transect during my open surgery in May of 2002, and I wish that I had known beforehand how important this is, especially with my family history of ulcers and acid problems.rnrnDr. Chua has an excellent staff, and an excellent aftercare program involving a monthly support group meeting. I've never attended though because of the 45 minute drive into downtown Milwaukee.rnrnNutritionist/dietician guidelines were very clear and spelled out. "I was surprised to have a private room. My only big frustrations were that sometimes it felt as if I were being ignored. There were times that I had to wait for my IV to be changed, and the alarm would ring from 5 - 50 minutes. And it wasn't a quiet alarm. I found it easier to try and do as much for myself as I possibly could. I was anxious to leave the hospital and return home."
