I have gone to doctor other day, I am doing super good on my health (blood sugar/ weight). I am lost more weight I am now at 325. On Friday my case worker said that I should be go to El Paso in middle of Jan or begin of Feb. for my first appointment and then surgery. But First I need help to quit smoking, (To much stress in my life) HELP!!!! LOL

I am so happy this week is over. To many Doctors appointments. But I doing good. meeting a alot new friend here at OH.
OMG we to change the web site name from OH to JT Journey together. something else. LOL.
We Need to start a support group/buddy time ON WEEKEND's for those work on during the week. Come on who has the time at night on Wed. to go. I work at night so hard me to go during the week. WE NEED WEEKEND SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!
I go to try start a support group on weekends!!!!! WHO IN???????
