"Dr. Duncan is a true professional. I was very impressed on my first consult as to the thoroughness of his routine. His office staff is the greatest. I have all confidence in Dr. Duncan and know that I will do great under his care. Future patients should know that he is serious and if you do not follow pre-op instructions, your surgery will be delayed. Dr. Duncan requires a visit to a support group as a pre-requisite to surgery and highly encourages regular attendance post-op. Dr. Duncan verbally and in writing emphasized the risks associated with obesity surgery. I prefer my doctor to have surgical competence. He has done his job when he successfully completes the surgery. After surgery the ball is in my court, therefore; his bedside manner is not important to me"
