Thanks to all for your supportive messages. Tommorrow I go in for all the pre-op testing. I guess I am lucky compared to some requirements. All they are doing is a complete history and physical, blood gases as well as regular blood studies, an EKG, and a chest x-ray. I took the day off work and my husband happened to be off too. We are taking the kids. I somehow feel better knowing they are all in the waiting room. Then the kids are going to camp for the weekend and me and David are going to have some fun. I am so trying to tie up loose ends and get the house in order before I go. Thanks to all who have written. Jan
