"Dr. Schmitt is a very professional and excellent surgeon. I just had my surgery on Oct. 19th. But as far as my preparation, surgery and stay in the hospital ... it all rates A+. Dr. Schmitt has an excellent staff and support team that stays on top of everything and He and his staff are very quick to get back to you if you call or email. Dr. Schmitt will make sure you are mentally and physically prepared for your procedure. If I had to do it all over again I would in a heart beat with Dr. Schmitt and his loving staff and the Support team at St. Vincents East. Esp. (veronica) :) she is the best Bariatric Coordinator ever !!! Hope this helps"
