"My first impression of Dr. Castro was very favorable. He has remained steadfast. His office staff is wonderful. I called there on several occasions after my surgery and I got my answer immediately. No question was \"stupid\". They are all very professional. He has an excellent aftercare program where you meet with a registered dietician and help with workouts when the time came. He went over the risks of my surgery thoroughly with me himself and I also met with his assistant Jane where we went over risks and what I could expect after surgery. He also handed out a great pre-op and post-op manual (which I call my Bible). It has just about everything you need to know.rnOverall, I would recommend Dr. Castro to anyone that was looking for a surgeon."
