Hello my name is Jamie. I am currently 29 and fat really fat. I am a military spoce now I just got of the Navy in June and hate it. I was forced out because of my weight so I decided to do something about it. I have went to all the programs in the military and the classses the nutrish everything couldnt lose it. It was always a 10lb up down. I can do my physical asspect of everything just couldnt pass the weight and BMI so that is where this leaves me. I am bitter. I live in Oak Harbor, WA I hate it so when he is up for orders we are out back to Cali or hopefully FL. Ummm what else. I am taking my life back I want to be heathy, most of my family has blood pressure, diabetes and cancer I just want to feel good and make the next 30 years better than the last. THX Everyone
