got down to 353, but that was a week ago, now I'm at 355, I know its water weight gain, there is no way I ate 7000 extra calories for it to be fat, and I know I use more exercise than I eat in a day. My typical days activity is:

Typical Daily Activities.
Walk 1.3 miles to the gym
Workout for 30-45 minutes
Walk 45-60 minutes on a tread mill
- first mile at 2.9+ miles per hour
- second mile at 2.6+ miles per hour
- cool down till i'm done
Do a few more lifts
Walk 1.3+ miles home or to get something to drink

I know the plateau can't last for ever if i keep doing the above activities most days.

Guess I should update this thing

I'm now  3 months and 2 weeks or so out from surgery. As of today I'm down 107lbs according to my home scale. My BMI is down to 51.7 from a high of 72.7.

Last month I walked over 50 miles, I have set my goal of 50 miles again this month, even though I know i will surpass it even though I took 5 days off at the beginning of this month to recover from minor non weight loss related surgery.  As of today I have walked 18.7 miles, that is 34% of my goal.  So far I am averaging 3.7 miles a day.

3 days ago I joined a gym, need to do some weight training, need to get rid some of this flab, and burn more fat, and having some more strength will be a good thing, mostly I just want to keep the muscle mass I have and not let it get weak because I'm not using them as much as before I weighted 107lbs more than I do now.  I have been working out everyday, I think I'm taking tomorrow off, my muscles are getting sore, even after a light workout.

I'm just now starting to be able to eat meat sometimes, I had a taco last night and ate the whole thing, minus the shell, and managed to keep it down, damm I am a cheap date it was $1.50 taco night at a local bar & grill , I order water to drink, then just leave it on the table, no reason to pay for a drink, since I wont be drinking anything for at least an hour or two after I eat especially If I try to have meat or anything heavy.

My iron pill (chromagen forte) was a pain to get down at first, but now it seems to go much better, but I'm still only taking 1/2 the prescribed dose, my surgeon says just take one, usually only women have problems with iron deffiency. There are just so many damm restrictions on when you can take the thing, you can't take it after drinking milk, tea, coffee, you have to wait at least 3 hours.

I have taken up the habit of drinking a quart of milk a day, usually during my walk i end up at store where i buy a quart of 1 or 2% which ever they have in stock, and drink most of it on the way home,  its amazing how great the milk tastes after a mile or so of walking. Drinking all this milk means I don't need to take a calcium supplement. So the only meds I am taking is a chewable multi-vitamin, centrums are good. And an Iron tablet once a day, If my allergies are acting up I take a zyrtec.

Today Menu Plan
Breakfast:
Yogurt for breakfast  80 calories 7grams of protein

Morning Drinking
Protein shake 17grams of pro. 11oz liquid
1 cup of pomegranate juice
 20 oz of water

Lunch

Dinner(not sure it will be one of the following)

Total protein for the day about 69.. i should boost it up more maybe i will try to squeeze in another 20gram protien shake after dinner with my "yummy iron tablet"

71 oz. of liquid, I will probably drink more later, I'm sweating some while working out, so I know I need more than 64.

Had my first post op apt, down 40 lbs. The nurses there said the average was between 17 and 35, so I'm doing well.

Feel fine, lots more energy. Its interesting trying to get all my liquid in, protien isn't as hard thanks to this recipe

2 cups milk
2 scoops  fortress protien powder  (  23 grams per scoop)
1 cup frozen fruit
sweeten to taste

blend,  sip, sip
