hello iam 59yr old man, have had weight issue most of my life my bmi is 42.4 was hurt in 2003 and have not recovered from it , I have tryed all kinds of diets but when you cannot get up and move around it takes its toll, my BP is uncontrolable that alot of bp meds am always tired i hope this helps iam ready to do what ever it takes i just might get to live longer, i hope to loose 135lbs i know it will help out not to have to carry all that weight around, i hope to have the surgery done soon!
