"Dr. Walton was incredibly understanding and patient. He listened and took his time with every question. He did not rush me or act like he was in a hurry. I really appreciated that. His staff was absolutely outstanding! Robin which is his nurse was absolutely fantastic. She answered all my questions and contacted me to let me know how everything was going. She was so excited to call and tell me that I was approved! I have not had surgery yet but I know that I picked the right surgeon. He is outstanding and I have only heard wonderful things about him. Dr. Walton had excellant bedside manner and answered everything honestly and compassionately. I never dreamed the day would get here that I actually had a surgery date. I am so excited. I have hope. I am 5 days post op and I have to say that I absolutely have the best surgeon in the world. I am so grateful that he is my surgeon. I have been home 2 days and due to some minor complications my sister had to give him a call. He was so patient and kind and very understand. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff was absolutely outstanding also. His sugery assistant Freda came by to see me in the hospital on her day off just to check on me. I am very grateful for all of them."

"I was only in the hospital 3 days. It was a little frusterating because the nurses were not organized and it seemed they didnt really know what was going on. There was no communication between them and I kept having to repeat things over and over. At one point they gave me a regular popsicle with sugar and said that I could have it. I know from research that I cannot have anything that contains that much sugar. I got the feeling that they really didnt care and they all just wanted to get through the day. The attitude up there was not very positive and many nurses complained alot. Being a patient, I am not concerned about their work load or how tired they are. I am there to recover and to feel that I am wanted and safe. I did not get that feeling."
