"A huge overwelming place initially. But people make the place. The morning of surgery I walked over from the hotel on the next block where I stayed the night before. My sister, due to meet me there, arrived very late due to car trouble.They dressed her in an OR jump suit and cap and brought her down to the OR (right outside the actual OR doors) to see me before I went in! The people in radiology were not very understanding with this patient who was less than 24 hrs. post-op with painful incisions.Other than that, kindness and compassion was evident throughout!"
