Well it's been a VERY long time since I have posted anything and a lot has happened over the years.  I never was able to have my tummy tuck I did not meet insurance guidelines it’s more cosmetic to them and I couldn’t afford to pay for it myself so I still have that. I am still very happy but now a bit heavier. I have put back on about 35 pounds since last post and though I’m not happy about it at least I'm a size 12 which is all I ever really wanted anyway AND the ONLY good thing about it is my boobs pumped back up no more deflated balloons, he-he. Honestly exercising helps more than anyone knows or realizes. When my gym closed and I changed jobs I have not been able to join one and work out regularly. My current job my work hours are not as convenient and now my daughter is in school and damn gas prices have just hindered my ability to find a new gym and get there. NOT an excuse but is an issue.  Well just wanted to update a bit I have friends that are on their journey and figured for them I’d make sure to post a bit of something….
