I started my wls journey about 2 years ago, and it took almost 2 years to get approved. I had the lap band surgery done in Feb 2010. I was really happy and excited. I was @ my highest weight ever 307lbs. I have lost some weight, and I have come down 2 1/2 sizes but it has not been easy. I am going to the gym no less than 4 to 5 days a week, and I am really enjoying it. I am looking for support because the surgery of course is just a small part of it. I really want to make this work for me.
I am new to bloging and all this stuff, but am willing to give it a try for support.
