was a little nervous but all went well i feel a little nausous but ok....lost 36 lbs.to date now back to liquids 2 days then mushies 2 days...hopefully it will jump start weight loss again ...

went to the surgeron wed. everytjhing looked good still cant do to much due to the hernia repair..but starting to eat real food!

ok as of today i am down 18 lbs...but developed a bladder inmfection,ah never ending.....but on the good note the pain is better and cant wait to eat the mushies i have never wanted a egg as much as i do now! lol...if anyone knows the mushie menu please feel free to write thanks for checking out my blog!

With constipation....i have been taking stool softners but i dont think it is enough/. if anyone has any ideas how to help this feel free to write!!!!!!

Well i am down to 257 1 lb less then when i went in for surgery...thank god that extra weight i gained after surgery is GONE!!!! i want to thank everyone for there support... it means a lot..my next doc. appt. is june 10th hopefully i will be on mushies...now that i am feeling better real food looks so good! cant wait to have a egg! lol

Well today is may 25th 3 days post-op....still have a lot of backpain...i also was on the operation table for 4.5 hours ...lapband took 1/2 hour the other 4 was to repair a hernia the size of a softball... i cant beleive my eyes i actully gained 10 pounds???? Dont understand why? did anyone experience this???? i had lost 7 lbs. preop? i hope the pain subsides more each day...

Went back today today weighed 6 pounds less! in 2 weeks she said that was great..also i have started moving a little more..my next stop is the heart doctoer on the 26 th of sept.. hopeing all goes well there!

ok i have to go back in 2 weeks i am on a high protein low carb diet today is 9-5-08 doing good on it and keeping a food journal..
