Jenn.....Good luck to you today as you begin your new life as a "healthier...thinner person". You are embarking on one of the most amazing journeys of your life. Like all journeys....it may not be totally smooth sailing but knowing that others have gone before you and walked in "your shoes" so to speak will make it much easier for you to do. We will all be here to share in your joys with every ounce that you loose and hear to hold your hand when you see a temporary gain. Hang on for the ride of your life. See ya on the loosers bench. Jenn, you're going to do GREAT!! Just relax, take care of yourself, and get ready for the wild ride on to the loser's bench! I remember when I had my RNY - I remember being wheeled into the OR, and waking up in recovery. I HAD to look at my stomache freshly post-op. Im my sedated state, I smiled and went back to sleep until my room was ready. You're in good hands and a great hospital! Jeri

Best of luck for your sugery on Monday- you'll do great! Beleive me, if your little guy is like mine, your biggest challenge is going to be keeping him off your belly for a couple of weeks!lol
