"POST-OP: I liked Dr. Huse very, very much and am so glad I chose him as my surgeon. He definitely knows his stuff and I knew from the very beginning that he had my best interest in mind. I was never nervous or questioned anything he did. I felt very, very at ease with the entire experience. INITIAL CONSULTATION: Dr. Huse was very thorough in his explanation of the different types of surgery and stressed the importance of participating in the whole program. I didn't feel at all like a "bad person" who had done something wrong by being overweight. Be prepared to WAIT for surgery though. Evidently he is very busy, and must only do a limited number of these each week because my surgery date was 6 months away!"
