"I only had one bad experience, that was with an aid taking my blood pressure, the cuff was too tight, it hurt, I said something, and she was rude to me. Other than that, all the nurses were very nice. They were there everytime I needed them."

"Dr. Graniero was very nice and understanding of the plight of Obese people. He went over both procedures with me(even though I knew I wanted the LapBand) He explained how his office handles the surgeries. They put in the paperwork to insurance before they make you go for all the pre-op testing. He does require you to lose 5% of your body weight before surgery."
