Has anyone been put on appetite suppressants by their surgeon post operative? If so, what was it, and did it work?

Can anyone tell me a food that will satisfy my craving for something I can crunch that will fit in,our diets. i.e. chips/pretzels etc

I know that when I had my Band that I could not eat rice or bread. Are they any foods other than sweets that you know will cause problems?
