She took her time to explain the surgery; the risks during and after, my care before, during and after. She was very clear and wanted to make sure she knew that I understood everything. She even drew a picture of what she would be doing. If her bedside manner is anything like her surgery skills, I'm set! I have no worries or concerns about being in good hands.
