I'm sure there's some psychological thing behind this, but I've been bringing home cookies, ice cream, donuts, chips, candy and other junk for my husband and kids. All the stuff...

Low prealbumin...doc says 115 g protein a day! - Just got a letter from my doc after my one month bloodwork...my prealbumin is 15 and I'm heading toward malnutrition.
Been struggling to reach 60 grams...have no idea how I'm go...
