its been 10 days since Ive had my surgery. and I think its coming along ok now. not sure if Im moving a little to quick tho with food and moving. I started baby foods yesterday and thats coming along good and Ive been moving alot going to the stores cleaning and my over doing it?

Ok everyone I am really new to this. I just had surgery 7 days ago. and I am in complete pain. Im blooded, constipated tired of sitting on the couch my stomach is irritated and Im a little lost.
