A big step

I have taken a big step today and put my picture out there for everyone to see! I hate to take pictures...I know that is probably very common for those of us who are 'obese'.
I have been thinking about WLS for about a year now and my PCP has been hesitant to refer me to the surgeon. However as I am having more and more health problems (all weight related or complicated by weight) I made up my mind and two weeks ago I told him that I had decided to do the WLS and he said, "yes, I believe that you would be a good candidate'. He made the referal and now we will see how long it will take.
