I know its been a Hot Minute since I last posted... Life happened.. I moved back home. seperated from my husband, then he pastaway; unexpectedly. right when I was going to serve him papers for a divorce. But I went to see a Bariatric WeightLoss Clinic where I lived, & they helped me do the unimageable. I was thinking that I wanted to do the revision, but I do the diet & exercise thing and I was doing ok... fair... and stald.  Then I talked with my Dr & she suggested causse I was havinh some insulin resistance at the time; to do Ozempic... I know... that's cheating... Actually not really. It helped me manage my diabeties & loss the weight that I needed to loose.  My highest weight I've been was the worse EVER!! 315 lbs. Walking alone was an issue. I couldn't breathe up a flight a stairs without having to stop and catch my breath. I couldn't even do my job as an EMT. I had to do something. It took me almost 2 years to loose a whole person!! I thinks that alone is a good time frame to loose that amount of weight. 

OK, so i went & saw the one of the surgeons at  the practice that i had my RNY & they've told me that i have 90% gall bladder disease.  i am now currently being scheduled for gall bladder surgery on 9/17/09.  oh goody..... now, hopefully, i wont be in any more pain after this......  

ok, so it's been a long while since i last posted...
where to begin..... ok, so the last 2 months i've been dealing with abdominal pain in my right upper side.... i went to see my primary care doc & he sent me out to have blood work & now i will be having  an abdominal ultrasound this coming friday... oh goody.... the pain comes & goes.... it was like a dull pain that i was at first was able to tolerate it, but now it's getting to be bothersome.  the pain now is starting to be like someone is punching me in my side, my lower back or even my kidney are & sometimes my shoulder blade...  the doc thinks it just might be my gallbladder....
i called my rny doc to see what else i could do.... i have an appt with him next wed to go over the results of the ultasound & if it is gallstones, then they agreed that they would do the surgery...
why does this crap have to happen when i dont want it too.......

 surgery is in 11 days.  went and had my pre-op testing done, again.  and went to touch base with Dr. C and refresh my memory on nut. & exercise class.

      was involved in a car accident.  have to postpone my surgery untill further notice.

1/1/2008 -->  school is almost done, know i can start concentrating on getting my date and getting ready for surgery.

4/2007  -->  meet dr. c.  he has an awesome bed side manner!!! that is one of the most important qualities that i look for in a dr.  his staff are just as wonderful!!!!   was approved for surgery 3 days later.  not going to schedule my surgery untill after im done with my AEMT-I class.
