Total Lifestyle Change!!

May 29, 2018

Hi,

I started my WLS lifestyle change in 2001 and it's been a long hard road to travel.

I did all of this pain for one reason and that was and is still my goal......to get & stay healthy!

I'm still working on being a very healthy 60 y/o (soon). This lifestyle takes WORK and most of is don't wanna work on themselfs on the inside and most if us (morbidly obese) do not think anything is wrong inside and don't so the wheels just keep falling off instead of the pounds.

I finally figured it out on what was causing me to still have skin issues. Number 1, my Dr's all got it wrong for 40 years!

Number 2,  I've worked on my head found out the real truth about myself and why I failed over and over and over and still even with WLS never got to goal weight.

For once I got it right and I was able to restart my 18 year old tool wiuthout any surgial revisions. It took no real heavy going to the gym... I just walked around my place (I have 5 acres), loads of lifting and toting water/food for my animals just every day stuff on a small farm. I love being outside in the sunshine or even the rain anyways so why not turn it into a "Gym" with a "Lifetime Membership" for FREE.

BEST PART IS IT'S FUN!! I also eat what I grow instead of buying junk in the stores. For every chip, dip, deep fried, pizza and even burgers can be healthy if you want it to be. The big secret is just cook it a different way. At Home.

Funny how that works.... I'm a good cook always have been but when I started eating my own cooking, I dropped weight so fast folks around here thought I was sick or was starving. Nope I'd joke and I'd tell them, I started eating my own cooking they'd laugh I'd laugh. No-one took me at my word except my pain specialist.

Now all of my Dr's are on board with my lifestyle change and I've dropped over 100 pound in less than a year without any real effort other than taking my cookings with me when I go shopping or even when I travel etc.  That removes all thoughts towards my buying and consuming any junk foods that are not on my approval lists.

Trust me my list is large but I'm the one in charge of what goes into my mouth. The big corporations don't care they just wanna poison you & your head into thinking that your always hungry.
