GOOD BYE 400!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in this morning for my 6 week post-op visit. I was weighed in this morning and I am officially out of the 400's. I am now 386 and 161 lbs from goal. This makes a total lost of about 60 lbs since surgery and 150lb from my highest weight of 536. I was given the OK to start back weight training this morning, so watch out gym, here I come. Just wanted to give a quick update. To God be the glory!!!!!

Back home from the hospital.

Good Evening OH fam!
I would like so say that God is so awesome! I am home from the hospital and I have very little pain. I am able to get up and move around freely (to God be the glory). I would also like to thank all of you for your support, encouragment and information that was provided in the blogs. I only have a little pain in the incision area and that comes from sitting and standing. I am have a hard time getting the liquid down, but my wife and ever vigilent with helping me through this process. I have a great support system and I am looking forward the the day ahead and the new me that is going. I will update with another status soon.

I GOT MY WLS DATE TODAY!

I got my WLS date this afternoon. It has been scheduled for December 21st. I am so excited. I have schedule my final three appointments which will take place at the end of this month. I am excited, yet apprehensive at the same time. I am ready!!!!!!! YEAHHHHHHH BUDDDDDDY!!!!!
A little nerve about the surgery. What can I expect?

I have just received my approval letter in the mail. I am going to contact Dr. Macik on monday to move to the next phrase of the process. I am a little nerve and don't know really what to expect. Can anyone provide some insight on what will happen next?
