My first day home

ya know I really didn't know if I wanted to come home or not today but I did. I missed my girls too much. And trying to get ANY rest in a hospital is like finding a 99% off sale in your favorite store...it just DON'T happen. My surgery went pretty good from what all my nurses told me 
They said I was their model WLS patient doing everything the right way. I was breathing 3500 in my breath thingy, walking with no problems, peeing, farting! I just wanted to do everything right. Well I guess I started doing things a little "too much". I over did myself on the walking bit & was in sooooooo much pain last night I actually cried. They told me walking would help all the gases rise out of my body & they were RIGHT! It felt like there was PoP Rocks & sprite running through my body! The gas was fizzing throughout me & making me sooo uncomfy
My mouth was beyond dry, I could barely talk , my breath was STANK! Geez! But I had some great nurses taking care of me.
I know I wasn't supposed to eat or drink anything but I had too. I started munching on some ice & thats what finally helped me. Who woulda thought ice could make you burp?? And FART?!? It did! Thank god.
ALong with some good oxycodone & benadryl!
I woke up today with a low grade fever & been running one most of the day. They said it's normal though. As long as I got out of bed to take a quick pee & a walk I started feeling better.
They also started me on a full liquid diet since I was handling everything so well. And lemme tell ya! Chocolate Boost is the SHIT! I've had every flavor of it today & out of the choc, vanilla & strawberry I def' recommend the chocolate. Mmmmm..
Anyhow...just wanted to give a quick little update! Now I gotta try to push out some more farts & cuddle with my girls!
It's DUTCH OVEN Tiiiiiime!! LOL

The Night Before Surgery & All Through The House...

It feels like I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off!! Chicken Nuggets...Mmmmm!
That's what I've been thinking about for the last 5 hours it seems.
I've only been on a clear liquid diet for the past 7 hours & 24 minutes & I think I'm going nuts!
Why did my husband decide to grill steaks tonight??? Is he f*cking INSANE!?
I can't even go outside & play with the girls cause if I get a whiff of that YUM smell I'm gonna start ripping out my hair!
They shoulda just went out to the restaraunt without meeeee
Anyhow...I thought I'd better start this blog weight loss thingy so I can look back when I start lookin' FABULOUS again for shits & giggles. I know it's hard now...but it's gonna get ALOT harder!
I can cope...I'm a big girl! A Big girl who LOVES her chicken nuggets! Mmmmm!! See? There I go again.
It's like I keep having sex drems while I'm still awake about chiken nuggets. Opening up like 8 packs of Sweet & Sour, dumping them on my chest, then rubbing those greasy bumpy steamy HOT little delicious chickeny morsels all up in it, then shoving them in my mouth. It's like SEX. Mouth Sex at it's Best.
Food is my Drug...and I am ADDICTED!!!
Thank GOD I got approved for this surgery & I have my family 110% behind me.
It ALL changes tomorrow.
