11 months out and down 210lbs 10 more to go and i will hit my goal i dont even look like myself ..i look great for the first time in my life i feel great and life is good i would never change this for all the money in the world .i just came back from a surpeise visit to my family who had no clue what i looked like and let me tell you they did not know me at first it took them a few min to relize it was me ..im in a size 8 OMG never been there in my life my skin is looking good not hanging as i thought it would and loving to SHOP i hated it before ...and my sex life with my huby could not be better i never new it could be this good i have hit all my goals i wanted and on to new ones ..thats about it for now thanks for reading

i'm 8 months out this month and can't beleave the changes that have happened already,,,i look totally like someone else face and body ,i'm so affraid im going to wake up a this is a dream or that i will put on all the weight again ....i love my life for the first time in many many years i'm not just a wall flower now people notice me and not to say how fat iam i can walk with out getting tired i go to the gym 3-4 times a week
i just had knee srgery so im away from the gym for now but ill be back when i get the okay ...no more meds im working ,wearing a seat belt ...and best of all i ran into my ex husband and he did notm know me lol
