I am going to my first seminar in Nashville, TN on the 30th.. with Dr. Dyer.
I am so excited to finally get to meet him, and get the process going to have the surgery...

I quit the cleanse becasue it was nasty to drink.. so I have decided to go with the liquid diet solids, yougert, pudding, apple sauce. And also clear liquids. Anything to get some pounds off.. before I get the surgery.

Well I kept Christian last night.. and he doesn't sleep well.. if fact it doesn't hardly sleep at all, without waking up ever hr are so screaming and such... it took me forever to get him to sleep.. I think he finally gave up at close to 3am this morning... and I haven't had much sleep.. and here I am up at 8am... I am drinking my juice.. last night I drank my tea... and I felt sick all day yesterday.. and I winded up eating after all..
but I don't think thats going to hurt me, I was having cramps last night as well... and gas LOL
I sure hope this works.. cause this stuff still taste nasty even with the little bit of pepper...
I suppose you get use to it after a while.. thats why so many can keep going after 10 days..I just hope I can make it 3 days LOL..
I haven't fasted in years. Even tho this is not your typical fast (to get closer to GOD)
this is more of a detox your body fast.. and we will see what happends in a few days...
So far I have to keep using mouth wash.. because of the bad breath I am having...poor Hubby LOL..
anyway.. I will write more today sometime..

Well last time I was going to try this, I couldn't handle the pepper.. so this time I am taking Rev.Gmac advice and I am only going to add just a tiny bit.. till I can get use to it.. Wade made me a glass last nigt and it tasted way better and it didn't burn my mouth. But it still makes me kinda gag.. I guess I just have to get use to it..
I need to do this my stomach is so hard.. and I can't seem to make bowlmovements I know this is TMI sorry.
Anyway I am also looking in to WLS the GBP RNY.We don't have any Insurance, and our credit is really bad.. so I am praying that GOD will make a way for us to get some kinda financing somehow, hopefully though the docs office Which is in Nashville Tn. DR. Dayr
he is highly recommended.. and has had some great success...
Well anyway back to the Master Cleanse...
I am going to make a pitcher at a time... without the pepper and just add that everytime I make my 10ozs...
I am going to drink my laxative tea at night...but I am not going to do that Wash.. becuase I can't stand Salt Water... gross, gross, gross.. I have always hated just rinseing when my throut was bothering me...
So today is the first day...... to a cleaner, detoxed body..
I am going to go at least 10 days and if I see that I can handle it then I will go longer..
this is the recipe
10ozs Water
2 Tablesp Organic Maple Surup grade B
2 Tablesp Lemon Juice...
a pinch of Caynne Pepper..
Drink 10 servings a day..
Thats a total of 100oz...
Before bedtime drink Organic Herbal Laxitive tea
are drink that first thing in the morning...
do this for 10 days..
Write more later... as the day progresses..
Found The Doc That I Wanted

Centennial Center for the Treatment of Obesity in Nashville, Tn which is close to 2 hrs from me.
The Doc is Dr. Dyer
I am going to call there office next week and found out if the finance. If not then I will be looking for another Doc that does. I am leaving this in GODs hands.

I have been looking into WLS for a long time now. But we haven't had the money to do it are insurance, so I gave up and just went on with my life unhappy and unhealthy. But now I am going to try this again. This time I am looking into financing through the doc are some other means. I want to do this for me and my health. I want to be able to do things I couldn't do before.
