I am doing well. I'm getting used to the liquids...I'll be glad when I go to the next stage! I've only had one day I was sure I had made the biggest mistake of my life and was going to die a long agonizing death, but once my fever went away and I started my regular meds the next day was a better day...and every day since then has been better. I feel like I can do anything I want, but find out I tire easily still. I have to expect that only being a week and a day post op. I don't know how much weight I've dropped. I'll know at my Aug 28th appointment. I don't have a scale, which might be a good thing. So, that's about wraps it up for now. Thank you for the well wishes and wondering how I'm doing. Trish

Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!
