My kids are my life and I want to do so many things with and for them and at the size I AM KNOW IT IS JUST NOT POSSIBLE.So this is for a new lease on life and to see if I can have them trying to keep up with me. I have been overweight my whole life been on so many diets I cant count .This is the tool I feel will get me started for the rest of my life.
