York Hospital

"not enough parking. my husband had to drive aroud for 20 minutes every day and park very far away. staffing was short handed all of the time. i had to wait 10 minutes sometimes just to get help due to lack of staffing. the staff were very helpful just not readily available"

Edward Garber

"my first impression of dr. garber was quiet but very well knowledged!! he explained in detail everything that was going to take place. over time, i respected him alot more because he is a great doctor! he may not be a comedian but he knows his stuff!! his office staff were nice to me! dr. garber couldn't stress enough about after care and how important it is to follow his instructions to the tee!! risks...he explained that there is the possibility of complications and possible death but he said i have a greater chance of getting hit by a car than dying. his overall rating: 10/10!! surgical competence is better...it is better to have a doctor who walks around looking like he has been sucking on lemons all day but very skilled in the or than a clown. i knew i would be taken care of during and after the surgury. the way dr garber takes things slow and cautious rather than pushing you through recovery means much less complications. it was said by someone at the hospital that he is very cautious and most of his patients do not need to come back. the other doctor however pushes his patients out the door the next day and he has a much higher complication rate.
