"My first impression was that he was a bit cooky and maybe a little too energized for me but that he was a good Christian man and I admire that. My impression has only changed in that now I know he is energized because he loves what he does and he is very good at it. His office staff are very helpful and kind. Most of them have been through this themselves. The thing I like the least about Dr. Freeman is that sometimes he is in a big hurry and I feel like maybe he looks me over and moves on. However, he is a very busy and much needed man and has hired a complete staff to help when he is busy. He has appointments scheduled for several months after surgery to check up on us and there is a support group full of loving people who are willing to help. He and everyone who works with him fully address all risks associated with this surgery and lifetime change of habits. He has also had the surgery and knows what is needed to comfort each patient. I love this surgeon and his staff and would use them again in a minute. He went so far as to come out of my surgery to personally meet and speak with my mother. That was a big deal to me. "
