got the date for my surgery, september 7, 5 weeks of optifast!
kill me now!  it is awful. day 3, haven't cheated but i'm miserable!

hi there,
had kind of a rough weekend, laid in bed all weekend and did nothing.  bad on my diet, although nothing like the old days!
oh well, this is where i always give up, but i'm going to try to get right back on that horse.

ok, i'm doing it.  very resistant to blogging because i really feel like i have nothing to say, but here we go.
i am waiting anxiously for my appointment with the surgeon, he's waiting for the results of my sleep clinic before he can proceed.  i am trying not to lose my momentum.  so far, was on a strict diet for about a month and a half before i got weighed, 468 punds.  kept trying, started food journal and walking after 2 months got weighed again, 435 pounds.  that was 2 weeks ago, kept trying.  now going to try tae bo billy blanks,  have already done it two days, it's actually kind of fun, but i bet i look like an idiot.  oh well, the only one that can see me is the dog, and she loves it!
