Quite depressing, looking at my OH profile, and seeing my 9mo post op loss of 95 lbs is the same as my almost 2 yr post op weight loss.

I seriously need to discuss this with my WLS surgeon's staff. I need to seriously go back to LC and daily exercise.

Getting quite down about it all. I don't blame anyone. I know my body sucks with PCOS, and my bad knees, but I still need to get that last weight off to get to 195. :( I know I've been not really perfect the whole year. So, yeah. I need to join the YMCA. Need water aerobics, need the things they have there. Joanne, her mom, Shirley, and Katie and the kids belong. I used to belong back in 2010. Loved it.

Just a quick update... I am down 95 lbs, and have 45 to go to get to goal :) So happy!!!

I am down 86 lbs and yesterday was my 6 month surgiversary! :) I wonder how my fellow October 2010 WLS peeps out there are doing???

Well I wanted to post here in this blog that I am down 50 lbs! Tomorrow I'm going into my 7th week post op :) I feel fantastic! All Glory and Thanks be to God!!!

So much spam in the inbox!!! So sick of it!!! Why do these people send spam -do they honestly think anyone will answer?!? 

I'm down 14 lbs... day 10 of the pre-op diet... I can't believe it that I'm ALMOST there, to my new life! :) BUT I am sick of these shakes. So so sick of them. Makes me wanna puke. LOL

I hate this pre-op diet...so sick of shakes already LOL!

My husband and I went to the Exercise and Nutrition class today at Synergy Bariatrics. Was a lot of fun and I got an info packet on how things will be post-op as far as diet goes, the different stages, suggestions, tips etc. Gonna read it more later today.

On Thursday at 11am I have my pre-op testing to do at the hospital. Hubby's off, and son is in school, so we'll have time.

Two other women are having surgery the same day, both open gbp like me. I think I am first as my surgery is scheduled at 8:30am on the 27th. Can't wait!!!!!

I got my approval phone call on Friday from my insurance company and a letter from them today, that I am approved for my RNY surgery! weeeee!Now we'll see when I get my exact date for surgery then!
