"They ignored me whenever possible. Fresh post op, as I was writhing in pain, my nurse told me "you just had surgery, you are going to have SOME pain". Some pain? I was at an 8 on the pain scale! I had to fight to get my "pump" turned up. Once the little brat stopped fighting with me and listened, the slight increased helped and I felt much better. When I didnt ask for help, I didnt get it. Water was never freshened and if it was they left it where I could not reach it. I give the hospital a C with all things considered."
