"Dr. Floyd was very nice and answered all my questions. He was very open about surgeries he'd done and the fact that he'd had one patient die from pancreatitis. Overall, I am very comfortable with him. The office staff is wonderful! Kenny is a doll. I look forward to continue working with them in the future."
