One Year Post Op

A little more than 1 year post op!!!!!! I have gone from 51.9 BMI to 36.6 BMI !!!!!!!! Proud of myself! I'm at a plateau right now and it's frustrating!!! Need to get more water and protein in and exercise more. Would like to lose 40-50 more pounds as a future goal.
