My name is Lyss Remaly
In 2010 when I reached 340 lbs I had a CLICK moment that changed my life.
I had DS surgery December 19th, 2010 and it saved my life.
TWO failed lap band surgeries, one at 16 another at 19 and the DS was what it took to make me realize that the surgery wan't the answer. I was the answer to changing my life.
After changing my lifestyle, my relationship with food, falling in love with fitness and LOSING 180 POUNDS!
I CAN FINALLY BREATHE!
I am a certified personal trainer and have made it my goal to help others feel as incredible as I do. EVERYONE deserves this!
