I join this site at first to support my cousin who was getting ready for surgery. However, now I am on here for me. I am having to make the decision to have surgery or to do it on my own. I need to lose 180lbs. I am so overweight that my legs are not supporting my frame anymore. The pain in my knees is sometimes unbearable. This week starts a new journey for me and boy could I use some support. Tomorrow, I start with a eating habit overhaul and going on Alli. I am going to try really hard to make this happen but to be honest I am scared to the point of screaming.
