I have been obese for... probably longer than I actually have realized! When I was in my 20's I weighed around 130 , married at 26 weighing 145 and then I had my 3 children within a year of each other and have just continued gaining weight since. My weight is now effecting my mobility and I need to get healthier! It's funny how when we're young we want to lose weight in order to look thin, but as I get older weight loss for me is about health, not vanity! Don't get me wrong, looking thin will be Great, but healthy would be Awesome! I my met my pre-op weight loss requirement and I am scheduled to have lap band surgery in January! Very excited and nervous too!
