grammep
I'm 47 and for personal health reasons felt it was time to take the plunge. I love being a grandmother and want to be around for the future for my grandson. I'd researched the procedure many years ago and decided not to go forward but just decided recently to take the plunge.
I'm looking forward to the future and what opportunities it holds.
I'm hoping to gain insight on how to better deal with this surgery and the life altering changes it is making. I'd also like to know if those who are losing so well 4-6 months post-op are exercising daily. Most people I talked to 2 years out hadn't done anything for at least the first year. That seems to be contradictory to the information provided by the doctors.
