"01/28/2003 I talked with the Patient Coordinator, Jennifer, to start with. She was very informitive and very nice. She set me up to go to a seminar that they were starting, you must go to the seminar first, they give you a lot of information there, and they will answer any of your questions that you may have. Not only in the group setting but after the meeting in a more one-onone setting as well. It was Dr. Mathews, Dr. R.Jay Smith, jennifer, and two others from the office. They also had three patients that had already been through the surgery to tell their stories. It was very informitive. I was ready to get on the O.R. table that night! They talked about everything from getting started to how they wanted to do follow ups for several years to see how thing went. They wanted everyone to know that they didn't plan on droping you once the surgery was over and they had their money. "
